JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Optimize the performance of the affiliate program to drive sales growth across marketplace platforms (such as TikTok Shop and Shopee).

  • Manage and monitor the activities of affiliates who promote the company’s products.

  • Develop strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and sales generated from affiliates.

  • Identify and recruit potential affiliates to join the company’s affiliate program.

  • Maintain communication with affiliates regarding product information, promotions, campaigns, and sales updates.

  • Track and monitor affiliate performance including sales performance, commission, and promotional activities.

  • Analyze affiliate performance data and prepare regular performance reports.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and e-commerce teams to support affiliate campaigns."

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing or e-commerce marketing.

  • Familiar with affiliate programs on marketplace platforms such as TikTok Shop or Shopee.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate sales and campaign performance data.

  • Good communication skills to coordinate with affiliates and internal teams.

  • Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Good understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce ecosystems."
