Senior Quality Control

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Raw Material Inspection: CoA/MSDS Document

• Laboratory Testing: Organoleptic testing of existing products, determination of Chemical/Physical specs of new products

• Sending and summarizing external lab test results (raw materials and finished dood)

• Handling product quality complaints

• ⁠Packaging design inspection: Preparation of new product post or reprint of existing products
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum D3/S1 in Food Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related majors = 3-5 years of experience in QC in the food and
  beverage industry is an added value
  

  Technical skills:

• Knowledge of physical, chemical, and microbiological laboratory tests⁠Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and food safety standards.

• Understanding of food quality regulations (BPOM, SNI, or international standards such as FDA).

• Meticulous, disciplined, and have good analytical skills

• Communication skills to convey quality findings to the RnD/factory/cross-division team or management
