Staff Quality Control FIELD (Shift Work)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Supervise daily production activities at the manufacturing site.
Conduct in-process quality control (IPC), including weight checks, mixing homogeneity tests, moisture and solubility testing, and organoleptic evaluations (aroma, color, texture).
Monitor production environment conditions such as humidity and cleanliness in mixing and filling areas.
Verify the cleanliness of production areas, machines, and equipment.
Oversee premix, mixing, sieving, filling, sealing, and packing processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Report any process deviations or nonconformities promptly.
Prepare QC reports and coordinate with QA, R&D, and Production teams.
Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Halal, and BPOM standards.
Support CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes for production issues.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Preferably male.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or a related major.
Minimum 1 year of experience as Process QC, Field QC, or Incoming QC.
Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, with the ability to analyze data and prepare weekly and monthly quality reports.
Able to implement SOPs, suggest improvements, and develop new procedures when needed.
Proficient in using spreadsheets and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Strong communication skills; able to present findings and coordinate effectively with both management and production teams.
Familiar with CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) for handling nonconformities.
Detail-oriented, analytical, honest, and highly integrity-driven (anti-fraud mindset), with strong initiative and growth mindset.
Understanding and capable of applying GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and Halal standards.
Willing to work in shifting schedules if required.
