Staff Quality Control (Shift Work)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Raw Material Inspection: CoA/MSDS Document

• Laboratory Testing: Organoleptic testing of existing products, determination of Chemical/Physical specs of new products

• Sending and summarizing external lab test results (raw materials and finished dood)

• Handling product quality complaints

• Packaging design inspection: Preparation of new product post or reprint of existing products
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• D3/Bachelor’s in Food Tech, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field

• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years QC experience in food & beverage industry

• Skilled in basic lab testing (physical, chemical, microbiological)

• Having Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations (BPOM, SNI, FDA)

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and good communication skills

• Willing to work in shifts for 6 days/week
