Supervisor Business Development

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Collaborate with Brand PICs to design and implement strategies for new brand development and market entry.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and risks for new business ventures.

• Develop business plans, feasibility studies, and financial projections to support decision-making processes.

• Negotiate with potential partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to establish and secure beneficial agreements.

• Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and emerging markets to provide actionable insights.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of business strategies.

• Create and maintain reports to track the progress and performance of business initiatives.

• Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for new brand projects.
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or a related field.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

• Proficiency in market analysis tools, financial modeling, and reporting software.

• Knowledge of branding and market positioning is a significant advantage.
