Supervisor Graphic Designer/Art Director

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead the graphic design team in producing high-quality online and offline design materials.
  Develop visual concepts and key visuals for brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
  Oversee design execution for social media, digital ads, websites, packaging, print materials, and other offline collaterals.
  Provide clear creative direction, feedback, and final approval on all design outputs.
  Ensure brand identity and visual consistency across every platform and medium.
  Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to translate strategies into effective visual communication.
  Manage project timelines, workflows, and priorities for the design team.
  Stay updated with industry and design trends to maintain a modern brand look.
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design or related field.

• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 1–2 years in a senior or supervisory role.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both online (digital) and offline (print, packaging) design work.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Creative, proactive, and able to provide constructive feedback and direction to designers.
