JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Lead procurement activities for raw materials, packaging, and production-related needs in the fitness supplement industry.

  • Develop sourcing strategies to ensure cost efficiency, quality, and supply continuity.

  • Manage supplier selection, negotiation, evaluation, and long-term partnerships (local & overseas).

  • Coordinate with R&D, Production, QA&QC, and Warehouse to support product development and manufacturing.

  • Monitor procurement KPIs, budget control, and compliance with internal procedures and regulations.

  • Prepare reports, analysis, and improvement recommendations for management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in procurement, preferably in FMCG / supplement / food & beverage industry.

  • Strong negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills.

  • Familiar with raw materials, packaging materials, and OEM/makloon processes.

  • Proficient in Excel/Spreadsheets and procurement documentation.

  • Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
